Is there a free trial?
We don't offer self-service trials. Instead we do a live personalised demo — far more useful than a sandbox trial. You see the system working with your school's real context.
How quickly can we go live?
Most schools are live within 24–48 hours of signing up. We set up your school, import your data, and walk your staff through the system — all handled by our team.
Is M-Pesa integration included?
M-Pesa (Daraja API / STK Push) is included in Growth and Enterprise plans. Parents pay fees directly and payments reflect instantly in the system.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade at any time as your school grows — we pro-rate the difference. Downgrading is possible at the end of your billing period.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Your data belongs to you. We export your complete student, finance, and attendance data in standard formats (CSV/Excel) at any time — including if you choose to leave.
Is this built for CBE?
